SSAyush is provided to a hospital under a written agreement that names the plan, the price and the term. These terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it.

The hospital is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for the accounts it creates, and for revoking access when a staff member leaves.

SSAyush is responsible for keeping the service available during shift hours, for keeping the data where this site says it is kept, and for giving notice before a material change.

Either party may end the agreement at the end of a term. On ending, the hospital's data is exported to it in a documented format and then deleted.
