What the figures do and do not include

Per-branch licence, all enabled modules, updates, and support during shift hours. Data import from a legacy system, on-site training, and custom payer integrations are quoted separately because they vary by an order of magnitude.

Can we try it ourselves first?

No self-serve trial. We scope your department and payer mix on a call, then give you a sandbox loaded with your own structure — because a generic demo tenant tells you nothing about your floor.

What does it cost, actually?

The figures above are directional. The real number depends on branches, departments, and whether you need data import from an existing system. We quote once, in writing.

Who owns the data?

You do. Export is a standing right, not a retention lever. Residency is ap-south-1 (Mumbai).

How long is rollout?

A single branch with clean masters: two to three weeks. A group with data import from a legacy HIS: six to ten. We say which one you are on the first call.
